Johnston High School hosts students in grades ten through twelve with a student body of approximately 1,300 students. PROM - Saturday, May 4th, 2013

Prom is a special time for high school students. Our desire is toprovide a fun, safe and approriate experience all night for our students.

Grand March for prom will be from 8:30-10:00 and parents are welcome to come. More information can be found on the handout given to students in advisory.

Schlenker Scholarship

Application requirements and applications are now available for the Schlenker Scholarship. Any questions can be directed to the guidance office.

Junior Meetings with Guidance Counselors

Now is the time (now until April) to have your JUNIOR MEETING with your Guidance Counselor. Stop by Guidance Office to sign up for a time to meet. This is helpful for planning senior year and LIFE AFTER JHS. Call Guidance if you have questions 515-278-0779.

Student iPad help site

Students can access the Student iPad Help website to address any questions they may have about their iPad with the new iPad rollout. Students must log in to the content using their jdragonmail account. Staff is also able to help in person if students visit the iPad Headquarters stationed in the high school library. Information on the iPad 1:1 Initiative can be found on the district website.

2013 - 2014 School Year Parking Permits

Parking permits are now available for the high school for the upcoming school year.
