The Johnston High School Library subscribes to many magazines ranging in topics. We are constantly getting new magazines.

Services:

Check out: books, flash drives, audio books, reference books (overnight), graphing calculators (1 block period), headphones, Flip video cameras, colored pencils, scissors, glue sticks.
Lose your ID card? We can make a replacement for $5.
For sale: Photocopies, 5 cents per copy.  Color printing, 25 cents per page. Construction paper, 5 or 10 cents- 12” or 18” sizes. 2GB flash drives, $15. 4 GB flash drives, $25. Pencils and pens, 25 cents. Notebooks, $1. More items for sale – just ask at the desk!

Policies:

Books check out for 2 weeks, renew for 2 weeks. Reference books are overnight only.
Overdue fines: 5 cents per day. Overnight items are 50 cents per day.
No food or beverages at computers.
Use the computers responsibly. Refer to the Acceptable Use Guidelines posted in the library and computer labs or ask us if you have questions.
